Daniel has been working with ES-SO since the formation of ES-SDA. Daniel, as part of his company Mandarin designed the database and is responsible for the structure and look of the website. In addition to having his own design company Daniel also runs the company Cross Sword Ltd.  He has been designing unique and sought after mens footwear since the company started in 2013.

Daniel has been working in education for 20+ years, teaching, designing curriculums and studying pedagogies. His experience in design and education provides the pedagogical structure and the aesthetics to the Academy.
